...but my heart belongs to Dalli

I know it's been a long time, but judging by that fact that I have not yet seen any Helloooo, anyone home (OK if he is dead I am taking his laptop) kind of stuff I am just going to assume that nobody Loves me

*BooHoo and all that!*

Anyways spent a rollicking week with the nephew. Saw a whole lot of stupid movies. (The downside of going to a multiplex he suddenly realised that he wanted to see that one, and that one and Garfield 2 also).

Screwed up my ankle on my way back from my trip to the Sunday Matinee at the Inox (yeah so I am kanjoos - Deal with it). So was pretty much grounded for about two weeks.

No Gym,
No Hash Run,
No Nothing.

Only cyber thing was happening for me for all the days and most of the nights.

On the bright side I think I may have inadvertently stumbled on a way to avoid getting Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

Anyway, I digress. On the gym front I scandalised a whole bunch of guys by shifting from my regular hunting grounds in Chembur to...

MATUNGA!!!!!

Yes you heard that right. It's MATUNGA. Five minutes away from home There's this new Inch by Inch branch that's opened up and gave it a try last week. Will probably change over to this place once my time runs out at the old place.

Had gone to Delhi for a Shaadi last week. Every time I go there I find that it has improved.

Somebody needs to tell that Bad Actor ka loony Baap that instead of trying to target for Shanghai and New York they should set a slightly more modest target for where to take Bombay - New Delhi.

Somewhere along the line the guys seem to have their wires crossed and so instead of Shanghai we seem to be on a fast-track to Sangli.

Delhi Shaadis. While certainly not as decadent as the Haryanvi shaadis that Allygator Lover talked about, at the GB meet yesterday, are certainly more opulent that the staid Baawa Mumbai dos.

Had a great time and I am glad to report that all my limbs (including the sprained leg) functioned well.

*gives a shy cat ate the cream look*

Friday in Delhi was interesting. There is this PVR Multiplex close to the Hotel I was staying at and I am happy to report that First day, First Show tickets tickets to the Sautaens Magnum Bloopus were available for the asking.

It's refreshing to know that people still retain the ability to recognise class from crap. Which might also explain why the other movie showing there (and running into its third week) was Jaan-e-man and not the Duplicate Don (CT are you listening...)

I only hope that the stupid cow now recognises that she is not destined to have a successful "anything" with my luverboy and leaves him alone.

She can try all those stunts to change her kundali but they will not work. (hasn't the woman seen Premrog?)

As a parting gift please take that stupid headband though. It was embarrassing seeing him sitting there at the Delhi university with that stupid contraption while Daddy Darling got his Doctari certifikat.

Dr. Amitabh...
Abhishekh Doctor...
somehow it feels just right!!!

well, OF COURSE they'd be seeing J-e-M in delhi. it's loud and got salman khan doing his silly theatrics and jumping around in shiny clothes, it's got weepy triangle/quadrangle-watever love stories where sacrifice and sauda and watnot come to the fore, and its got preity zinta for all the horny jatts to whistle at. no surprise its' playing there.

now, DON II needs class to appreciate it. hehehe. and not overthehill class. :)www
